The challenge

QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATION

Collecting qualifying signatures is an essential part of the petitioning process, yet it is a goal that is frequently missed. A petitioner's primary responsibility is to ensure that the person going to sign is registered in the nation from which he or she is collecting. Otherwise, the signature is ineligible and becomes completely invalid. Petitioners are instructed to ask for their registration status while also verifying the person's word using a pass validity mechanism. Inefficiency resurfaces throughout this process, making it one of the most important roadblocks to obtaining the requisite signatures for any campaign.

At Boreal, We are incapable of excluding unregistered individuals from signing, as this information is under government control. Our approach, on the other hand, regularly urges individuals to verify their registration status before signing at each step. We recognize the relevance of this important task to the process and give it the attention it deserves. Individuals who want to sign ballot initiatives should follow the government's standards, according to our respectful counsel.

Our solution

The problem, in numbers:

30%

of signatures collected for the last 2020 US ballot measures were invalid because of unregistered voters.
